How you book

Enquiries go through the contact form on each trip page, by phone or by email; both Mongolia pages say 'Contattaci per info'. Each trip page links a downloadable programme and the departure calendar.

Under the published travel conditions, the registration or booking fee and a deposit of no more than 25% of the package price are paid when the purchase proposal is signed; the balance is due by the date the tour operator sets in its catalogue or booking confirmation. Prices can be revised up to 20 days before departure for fuel, air taxes and exchange rates, by no more than 10%.

The booking fee and any insurance premiums are charged, plus 30% of the total price if cancelled between booking and 60 days before departure, 50% from 59 to 30 days, and no refund after that. Cancellation must be in writing. If one person in a double room cancels, the single supplement applies.

Licence and membership

No tour-operator authorisation number or guarantee-fund membership number is printed on the pages opened. The footer gives DaVinci Travels S.R.L., VAT and company register no. 06500700486, REA FI 633654. The travel conditions refer to the national guarantee fund under art. 51 of the Italian Tourism Code.
