How you book

Departures are booked online from the trip page ('Bestil') or by enquiry ('Forespørg'). The agreement is concluded when the deposit on the invoice is paid on time. Departures from Billund or Aalborg are possible on request for a supplement from 950 kr. The site has a room-share board for solo travellers.

Deposit of 20% of the trip price, minimum 3,000 kr., at booking; the balance is due 12 weeks before departure. The price includes tips for guide and driver (about 390 kr.). Extra: single-room supplement (from 2,990 kr.), climate and passenger tax (30 kr. in Europe, from 260 kr. elsewhere) and travel and cancellation insurance.

Written cancellation. Cancelled more than 12 weeks before departure, the deposit is lost; 12 to 8 weeks before, half the trip price; later than 8 weeks, or no-show, the full price. If a natural disaster or war-like events arise at the destination within 2 weeks of departure and the Danish foreign ministry advises against travel, the full price is refunded. Rebooking to another trip or transfer to another person costs 950 kr. per person.
