How you book

Every tour page ends in a 'Choose your dates' step, so departures are picked by the traveller rather than taken from a fixed calendar. Vehicle class, an enduro bike, a driver service and backseat passengers are added as separately priced options during booking: the pages list a Landcruiser 76 upgrade at EUR 950, a Landcruiser 250 at EUR 1,500, a driver service at EUR 750 and backseat passengers at EUR 1,200 per person on the shorter tours and EUR 2,400 on the longer ones. Solo travellers may join any tour, but every page states an extra charge of EUR 1,000 on the final bill.

Prices are published in euros per person. The Gobi Tracks page states that the package excludes a 4,000,000 MNT car rental deposit, the flight to Mongolia, visa fees and travel or health insurance, all of which the traveller arranges separately.

The Terms of Service page carries no cancellation or refund wording.
