How you book

Register interest without obligation on the site, by email or by phone; the agency replies with a provisional booking confirmation containing the payment schedule, conditions of participation, insurance details and a link to an online application form, then sends a contract. Flights from Warsaw are booked by the agency and priced after the departure is confirmed and tickets are booked by name; departures from other cities can be arranged. A second phone number, +48 600 851 994, is also published.

The contract is accepted by paying a deposit of 2,000 zł per person (or by sending a signed scan and then paying). The contact page lists PLN, EUR and USD bank accounts. On the summer trip, flights, a local-services package of 400 USD, tips of about 50 USD and a 1,550 PLN single supplement are paid on top of the trip price.

Licence and membership

Entered in the Register of Tour Organisers and Travel Intermediaries of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship under no. 758 (certificate dated 6 October 2016, linked from the about page). The about page also links a SIGNAL IDUNA insurance guarantee, no. M 530855, valid 5 October 2025 to 4 October 2026 for 750,000 zł. Trip prices include contributions to the Turystyczny Fundusz Gwarancyjny and Turystyczny Fundusz Pomocowy (Polish travel guarantee funds). NIP 763-197-90-08, REGON 302472780.
