Singapore outdoor-travel company (SGTREK Pte. Ltd.) that runs group hiking and adventure trips worldwide; its About page says it was established in 2013. Two Mongolia group departures were open for booking on 2026-09-23: Golden Eagle Festival 2026 and The Reindeer People of Mongolia 2027. Three earlier 2026 Mongolia trips (Taste of Mongolian Altai, Reindeer People 2026 and a Naadam Festival Mini Adventure) were marked expired. Both current trip pages say the tour is run on the ground by its local adventure partner in Mongolia.

How you book

Bookings are made through the trip page or with the named trip contact on WhatsApp or by email. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person confirms the booking, after which SGTREK books the domestic flights; the Golden Eagle page warns that bookings depend on domestic flight availability in peak season. The whole group must arrive on the same flight timing for the group airport pick-up.

Prices are per person in Singapore dollars on a twin-sharing basis. The balance is due four months before the trip; the general terms add that bookings made 60 days or less before departure are paid in full. Singapore residents paying more than S$1,000 are advised to buy travel insurance under STB licensing conditions.

General terms: 60 days or more before departure, the deposit is lost; 31 to 59 days, 50% of the tour cost plus a $100 service fee; under 30 days, the full tour cost. A $100 per person cancellation admin fee applies on top. The trip pages add that nothing is refunded for unused services once the tour has started, and that the full tour amount is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled or changed by force majeure.
