How you book

Trips are tailor-made: enquire online or by phone (the Mongolia tour page lists 020 8682 5060), then review the itinerary and pay the deposit through myScottDunn or by phone. Paying the deposit accepts the booking conditions. Confirmation from suppliers can take two weeks or more, and final documents arrive 1-2 weeks before departure. Solo pricing is on request. A deposit as specified on the quotation is due at booking; the example Mongolia price guides show deposits from £1,500 to £1,800 per person. The balance is due at least 90 days before departure; bookings inside 90 days pay in full. Payment by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Amendments cost £75 per person plus supplier charges.

More than 90 days before departure: deposit(s). Then the greater of the deposit or: 61-90 days, 25%; 31-60 days, 50%; 15-30 days, 75%; 14 days or less or no-show, 100%.
