A British riding-holiday specialist founded in 1995 by Nigel Harvey and Ruth Taggart and based in Devon near Dartmoor. Mongolia is one destination among rides on five continents; six Mongolian itineraries of 10 to 17 nights are published on the single destination page, all camp-to-camp rides using lightweight camps, some ger camps and city hotels, with a maximum of 12 riders. Full itineraries are issued as a downloadable PDF rather than on separate pages.

How you book

All six Mongolian rides share one destination page; bookings are made through a request form on that page, which the site describes as a request for space rather than a confirmed booking. Set departure dates run June to September, and other dates are offered on request for private groups. Full ride details are in a PDF linked from the page. Prices are quoted per person by group-size band, so the rate falls as the group grows.

Prices are quoted in US dollars, and the site states that payment may be made in pounds sterling if the client prefers. Single supplements are published per ride. Rates cover twin accommodation, all in-country transfers, riding and equipment, food and an English-speaking guide.

The site publishes separate booking conditions and how-to-book pages; no cancellation percentages or deadlines appear on the Mongolia destination page.

Licence and membership

Member of ABTOT, the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust; the site states that bookings are financially protected through the ABTOT bond and under the ABTOT ATOL franchise. No membership or ATOL number is published.
