How you book

Riders sign up through a form at /sign-up. The page lists two departures a year, on 3 June and 22 June, with both 2026 and 2027 dates shown; riders report to the meeting hotel the morning of the departure date and the ride itself starts the following day. The team says it is reachable 24/7 by WhatsApp and Messenger from the moment of booking.

A USD 1,000 booking amount confirms the place. Forty per cent of the balance is due 60 days before the trip and the rest on arrival, in US dollars cash or by bank transfer. A fully refundable security deposit of USD 700 per motorcycle is payable to Royal Enfield and is not part of the tour price.

The site states that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, but that a rider who cancels or reschedules may apply it to any of the company's tours later that year or the next. The site also publishes a separate refund policy page.
