How you book

Departures are booked online from the tour page or by phone: 1300 080 371 within Australia, 1 855 815 4789 in the United States, +61 2 7250 0791 internationally. Bookings close 30 days before departure; late bookings may be accepted at Odyssey's discretion for a $50 AUD fee. Private departures for your own group can be arranged. The tour is sold to couples and to solo travellers, who can book a single room.

A $1,000 AUD deposit per person secures a place and is refundable until the tour is confirmed as guaranteed. Once guaranteed, the deposit must be raised to a non-refundable 30% of the tour price within 21 days (or once the tour is within 12 months of departure). The balance is due 120 days before departure. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer; card payments carry a non-refundable fee of about 3%.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@odysseytraveller.com. Charges: from the date the tour is guaranteed, 30% of the tour price (the non-refundable deposit); 120-61 days before departure, 50%; 60-46 days, 65%; 45 days or fewer, 100%. If Odyssey cancels for reasons other than force majeure, it offers a full refund or a transfer to a comparable tour.
