How you book

Enquiries by web form, phone or WhatsApp; the agency promises a reply within 24 hours and a detailed quote within 48 hours. Every trip includes travel insurance with 100,000 € of medical cover and up to 3,000 € of cancellation cover. Flights are searched at the time of booking. The general conditions give the address Avda. Euskadi 12, San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid).

A 40% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is paid at least 25 days before departure.

If the client cancels, management fees and penalties apply according to the notice given; the general conditions do not publish a scale. If Nyala Tours changes essential elements or cancels, the client may accept the change or take a full refund.

Licence CICMA 2562 (Comunidad de Madrid). The About page lists liability insurance policy N-06185108-Z and an insolvency bond N-6185125-C with Seguros Catalana Occidente.
