The site says all its Mongolia journeys are tailor-made and use private mobile ger camps with a guide, cook and camp master. No Mongolia itinerary or price is published: none of the 39 itineraries in its sitemap was for Mongolia on 2026-09-23. The Gobi page gives a general range of £3,000 to £7,000 per person for a 7- to 10-day Gobi safari. The about page says the team started out 30 years ago; the site also advertises 20+ years of experience.

How you book

Trips are arranged on enquiry. A booking is secured once both sides confirm the arrangements and the deposit is received. The contract begins when the company issues a confirmation invoice after receiving a signed booking form and the deposit. US phone: 1 (415) 906 5264.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full price is required; some suppliers require larger deposits or prepayments. The balance is due at least 60 days before departure, and bookings made within 60 days pay in full. After confirmation, a surcharge can only come from changes in transport costs (including fuel) or in UK VAT, dues and taxes, none is applied within 30 days of departure, and the company absorbs any increase up to 2% of the holiday price.

Cancellation must be in writing. The deposit is retained and supplier cancellation charges are passed on. Published scale: more than 60 days before departure, 25%; less than 60 days, 50%; less than 30 days, 100%. After tickets are issued, 100% of the cost of all travel arrangements.

Licence and membership

No ATOL number is published on the pages fetched. The site states that some flight-inclusive holidays are ATOL protected ('We're ATOL bonded'), and the contract is with Natural High Safaris Ltd.
