How you book

Bookings need the booking form and a minimum deposit of 30% of the land cost, after which reservations are made and a confirmation with payment details is sent. Every tour page offers, on request, an early-booking discount on selected 2027-2028 departures, a group discount for four or more guests booking together, a discount for paying in full at booking and offers for solo travellers, with no amounts stated. The terms say all tours depart with a minimum of two passengers and itineraries may change before departure when fewer than three book. The balance (70% of the land cost) is due 60 days before departure; bookings made inside 60 days are paid in full. Payment by Visa or MasterCard, bank transfer or international money transfer services. The About page says tours include meals, drivers, guides and domestic flights, so travellers book only their international flights to and from Ulaanbaatar.

Cancellation must be in writing. Fees: 25% of the tour cost when cancelled 30-60 days before arrival, 50% at 15-30 days and 100% inside 15 days. Travel insurance, visa and visa handling fees are non-refundable. If a trip is cancelled by force majeure, the company refunds what has not yet been paid to suppliers and makes best efforts to recover the rest.
