How you book

Only the three set-departure tours publish a price; everything else is quoted through the Create Your Trip enquiry form. Set departures state a minimum of four participants and list their 2026 dates. The 8-day set departure adds a US $357 single supplement and US $130 per direction for airport transfers.

Payment guide states 70% of the tour price as a deposit to confirm a booking and the remaining 30% at least 10 days before the start date, with full settlement no later than 30 working days before arrival. Payment by OnePAY card (3.5% on Visa, Mastercard and JCB, 4.5% on American Express), by bank transfer to a Vietnamese bank, or by Western Union. Up to 20% may be settled in cash on arrival if agreed 15 or more days ahead.

Terms publish a scale against the 70% deposit: more than 40 days before departure 10% of the deposit is kept as credit, 30-40 days 35% of the deposit, 15-29 days 50%, 10-14 days 75% of the total booking value, and under 10 days or no-show 100%. No refund is given for unused services once a tour has started.
