Six travel advisers are named on the team page, which gives Hopton Wafers as the address where the team can be met and says the team works remotely. Equus Journeys is the English-language brand of the French company Cheval d'Aventure.

How you book

Trips are enquired for through a request-a-quote form; each trip page carries its own departure calendar, and four of the six Mongolia trips showed no scheduled departure when checked on 2026-09-22. Small-group supplements are published on several trips: EUR 300 per person for 2-3 riders on the Nomad Trail and the hiking-and-riding trip, and about $1,500 for two riders, $600 for three and $285 for four or five on Wonders of Zavkhan.

The booking conditions require 30% of the cost of the holiday when the order is placed, with the balance due 60 days before departure; orders placed inside 60 days are paid in full. The traveller pays all bank transfer fees and the company must receive the full invoiced amount with no charges deducted. Prices can be shown in GBP, EUR or USD.

The booking conditions treat failure to pay the balance by the agreed date as cancellation by the traveller with no claim. The company may cancel a departure for insufficient participants at least 21 days before the start, refunding the full amount paid but nothing further. Travel and cancellation insurance is mandatory and not included.
