How you book

The trip page has a Book Now widget: pick a date (21 June 2026 or a custom date), the room option (twin sharing) and the number of guests. There is also a Send Enquiry form, and the Mongolia page has a Request Callback button. Phone and WhatsApp: +91 98211 14436; the office is open Monday–Saturday 11:00–19:00 and closed on Sunday. The Mongolia page says the team helps Indian travellers apply for the Mongolian e-visa, which usually takes 3–5 working days. It lists departures from ten Indian cities, although flights are excluded from the price.

The price is per person for twin sharing, plus tax as applicable; the trip page lists 5% GST and 2% TCS as extras. The payment page takes bank transfer and UPI, and adds a 3% gateway charge when paying through a Razorpay link.

Trip page: booking amounts are non-refundable. Cancellation charges are 50% of the trip cost 30 or more days before departure, 75% at 15–30 days and 100% at 0–15 days. Dates cannot be changed within 30 days of departure. Nothing is refunded for weather or government disruptions, though alternative activities may be offered.
